Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026. This policy explains what personal data Silverstone Electric collects through this website, why, and the rights you have — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Silverstone Electric ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected via this website. Registered office: 60 Weixin Road, SIP, Suzhou 215000, Jiangsu Province, China. You can reach us at any time through the contact form.

What we collect, and why

When you submit an inquiry or a bidding-agent application, we collect the details you enter: name, company, country, email address, phone number, selected topic and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and conduct pre-contractual communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies & browser storage

This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. A single entry in your browser's local storage (sse-consent) records your choice on the consent notice, so it is not shown again. No personal profile is built from this.

Third-party processors

  • FormSubmit — relays form submissions to our mailbox. Your form data transits their servers under their privacy terms.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser connects to Google servers, transmitting your IP address.
  • WhatsApp — if you click a WhatsApp link, you leave this site and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting contract, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless legal retention duties apply.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form — we respond within 24 hours on working days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processing changes. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date.
